Common Sign Up Issues
Signing up for your program through WaterFurnace is generally pretty easy. If for some reason you are struggling, there are a few fairly common issues that we may be able to help guide you through. We’re happy to help you at support@goboost.com if you are not sure what else to do after reading this article.
The Button to Sign Up at the End Doesn’t Seem to Work
If you’re trying to sign up for a product, and have been able to complete every step except for the “Setup” step at the end, it may be an issue related to your user role. Check out the article here on user roles within GoBoost . If your user role is anything other than Company Owner or Editor, this may be why you can’t finish signing up for a product or service. You can check your role by selecting the Navigation Menu in the top left-hand corner once you’re logged into the GoBoost Platform.
Once you click on the Navigation Menu, your user information should appear at the top of the menu that opens up. Your role will be listed underneath your email.
If you notice your role is not that of a Company Editor or Company Owner and you need higher permissions, contact us at support@goboost.com to help you change it. If someone else in your organization has this role, they can log in and change your role for you. Under the same menu, they can select “Users” and find your user within the list that appears.
To change a role, simply click on the user whose role you wish to change. You’ll be taken to their Profile page that displays their information and roles. Click the “+” on the right to add a new role. Once the new role is added, you can click a “-” sign to delete the old role if needed.
The Pricing Seems Incorrect
If the pricing for your program seems incorrect, it’s likely that you have the wrong sign up code. Reach out to our Sales Manager for help at 215-703-8399, or support@goboost.com to get your sign up code switched.
I Don’t Have My Domain Info for EZ Sites.
That’s okay! If you already own a domain from a previous website, you can simply input the domain name when prompted to do so. Once you’ve finished signing up for a website through our program, you will be prompted via email to schedule a meeting with our Site Builder. One of our Site Builders can help provide you instructions on how to give us access to host it. Reach out to support@goboost.com for help, or schedule a meeting with a Site Builder to discuss more.
I Don’t Have My Facebook or Google Login Information For EZ Reviews.
That’s okay! You can continue to set up and link your accounts later. Simply skip over this part of the setup process when prompted to link your accounts and later on, follow these steps instead.
