Why are Reviews Important to Your Business?
In this day and age, most people use reviews to help them determine which businesses they trust enough to select their services. In fact, “97% of customers say reviews impact their buying decisions,” (Ellliot).
It’s also no secret that Google dominates the review industry and controls the search engine that we all use to discover new products and services. But how does Google do this?
Google’s automation allows their search engine to organize an incredible amount of data to deliver the best search results to those who need them. Companies clamor left and right looking for ways to use search engine optimization to increase their ranking on Google search results.
