Lead Opportunities from Your Website
With your GoBoost WebSuite website comes the opportunity to follow up on leads. If a potential customer visits your website, they can easily reach you by phone or by filling out a “Contact Us” form, which looks similar to the image below:
Any time a form has been filled out, you will be alerted via email. The email will come from “systems@goboost.io” so we recommend adding this email to your email contact list! In the email, you will be provided with information that has been submitted to you, including the individual’s phone number and email if filled out.
When you receive these emails, it’s extremely important to remember to follow up by contacting the potential customer as soon as you possibly can. It is likely that they are visiting a few different websites from contractors in their area and filling out the “contact us” form for estimates, so the quicker that you provide a pleasant interaction and service, the more likely they are to choose you as the company they want to work with. Even if it is a returning customer who is contacting you, a quick and efficient scheduling call will surely make them happy and keep them loyal to you.
For your benefit, all received “contact us” opportunity forms are stored within the “Opportunities” section of your GoBoost Dashboard. We use the title “Opportunities” because these customer communications are just that - an opportunity for your business to make money! We do have spam filters set to help filter out most of the spam that comes through. You can always report spam to us as well.
You can always log into the GoBoost platform and revisit these Opportunities at any time. Simply click on the plus sign to expand the form information.
