Website Changes

If you have a WebSuite subscription of at least Core or higher you are able to make changes to your website. 

Our Recommendations

Customizing your website can help make a positive impact, and build trust with potential customers. Replacing some of the existing stock images with new images of your team, fleet vehicles, or work that you are proud is a great way to make the site your own. You can also consider personalizing the text on your ‘About Us’ or some of the blurbs on the Home page.

Website Change Requests

GoBoost is not responsible for the curation of original content outside of the templated websites we've developed for your use. We do, however, offer customizations at your request.
Third parties such as marketing agencies and SEO consultants do not have access to make changes themselves.

All change requests can be made through our support desk; you can reach out to us by emailing us at support@goboost.com. In your email, be sure to be as detailed as possible. Some things to consider are:

  • Where do you want the changes made? (What text, picture, placement on the website, etc.)
  • If it’s text, what exactly do you want it to say? We cannot write content for you.
  • If you are adding a new page, where do you want it placed in your nav bar?
  • If you are providing images, are they cropped and appropriately sized? Are they properly formatted? (jpg, png, etc.)
    • If you are submitting an image for your website slider it should be a horizontal image.
    • Logos and other images should be properly cropped and not have unnecessary white space

The Don'ts

You are free to request any changes to the content of your site. However, requesting changes to the overall structure and format of the website is not possible. Some things that you are not able to change include:

  • Creating custom websites from scratch.
  • Adding a store or processing payments. You can, however, provide a link to an external service that will process payments or host a proper store for you.
  • Asking GoBoost to write content or provide images
