Should I Contact SureComfort or GoBoost?

GoBoost is the platform used for developing your business’s online presence. GoBoost support is available from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, but there are sometimes situations in which you will need to contact SureComfort instead.

In the following situations, please contact SureComfort directly

  • Adding new users to the platform: you must contact the help desk and get a new user FIRST within SureComfort‘s portal, as our system is directly connected to theirs and is the only way a user can ever log into the GoBoost platform. Once this is done, new users can be added to WebSuite or RepBooster by simply following the steps to sign in to the GoBoost platform
  • Forgot my password - your login information is directly associated with the same log in that you use for the surecomfort portal, so you will need to contact SureComfort directly for help with resetting your password.
  • Learning about other products and services available to ProPartners or ProPlumbers besides WebSuite and RepBooster
