Site Build Meetings

After successfully signing up for a new Core subscription for your website, one of the first steps that you will want to accomplish is setting up a site build meeting with the Site Builder. This meeting is important to encourage a quick and easy launch for your website. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have and get some ideas for customizing your website.


Come Prepared

When preparing for the meeting there are a few things you need to consider:

  • Did you upload your logo to your GoBoost profile?
  • If you are having any trouble with this step, you can just be sure to have the logo available for the meeting and the Site Builder can help you get that set up.
  • What do you want to customize on your site?
  • There are a lot of options when it comes to site customizations, for some ideas you can check out the Recommended Site Changes article here. 
  • If you chose to Bring Your Own Domain, it is a good idea to have your login credentials ready before the meeting.
  • Updating the DNS settings is the last step in getting your site live, and often the biggest hurdle. Whether you choose to update your DNS settings on your own, or if you intend to have the Site Builder do it for you, it is good to have the credentials ready to get these settings updated during your meeting.   • If you have any questions, now is a great time to ask them - having them together and ready for the meeting will ensure that you can have them all answered before your site is live.
