Annual Renewal
GoBoost subscriptions allow for two different billing anniversary options, monthly and annual. In this particular article, we are going to discuss an annual subscription.
The first thing to note is that annual subscriptions include a discount compared to monthly that is baked into the cost of the subscription. Secondly, your billing anniversary will be one year from the date your subscription was created. For example, if you signed up on 8/31/2022, your next invoice would be on 8/31/2023.
Leading up to your renewal, your company will enter the “Annual Subscription Renewal Notification” campaign. This campaign begins 60 days from your anniversary billing date. You will receive three separate emails during the 60 days. Below are two sample emails.
Annual Subscription Renewal Notification Emails:
60 Days Until Renewal
30 Days Until Renewal
5 Days Until Renewal
Example 1 - 60 days until WebSuite renewal
Example 2 - 30 days until RepBooster renewal
All emails, for their respective product, will have the exact same verbiage throughout the campaign. The only difference from email to email will be the number of days until renewal.
