What is included on the Reviews Dashboard?

Now that you’ve connected your Facebook and Google Reviews to your GoBoost Reviews, you will be able to see statistics on all of your reviews in one intuitive dashboard. These statistics will continually update as you use the tool to garner more reviews as well.

As soon as you log into the GoBoost platform, you’ll be able to access your Reviews Dashboard from the main page by clicking on “Dashboard”.

Inside the Dashboard, you’ll be able to select a time period and source from which you want to see data on your company’s reviews.

The data shown includes being able to see your company’s current average review rating, how many reviews you’ve received within the selected time period, how many review requests you’ve sent out, and how many reviews you’ve responded to. This is a great way to monitor your company’s review performance and make sure you’re doing all you can to succeed online.

Once you scroll down, you will also be able to see statistics that show your overall ratings performance and distribution between the review companies that are linked up. The reviews that show at the bottom will always match any reviews you’ve received within the selected time period at the top of the Dashboard.
