Transferring Domains

There are a few reasons that you may want to transfer your domain either to or from, GoBoost. Transferring a domain is a relatively simple process, and your GoBoost Support Team is happy to help!

Transferring to GoBoost

Your domain will be hosted in an account with a domain registrar like NameCheap or GoDaddy. There are three options when it comes to transferring your domain:

• Send us the log-in credentials to your domain registrar by calling 833-700-5001 or emailing support@goboost.com
• If you have a GoDaddy site, click here to give us secure access to your account.

Transferring from GoBoost 

You may decide to purchase a domain through us during the WebSuite sign-up process. We cannot provide login credentials for a domain that GoBoost owns. 

If you want to direct that domain name to a new site, you’ll need to initiate a domain transfer with your GoBoost Support Team. You’ll need a few things to start:

• Your domain name
• A hosting account like NameCheap, Godaddy, NetworkSolutions, etc...
• The email associated with your domain account

Provide these details in an email to support@goboost.com, mention that you are looking to have your domain transferred, and we will initiate a transfer request to your account.
