Managing Your Boosted Services
After you have completed the sign up process for Ads, it’s time to get familiar with the features available within Ads. Below are the main features that will allow you to fully utilize Ads and push for your advertising objectives.
Log in to GoBoost to access your Ads tools. You will then be redirected to your homepage, which will resemble the image below. Click the Ads “Dashboard” button.
Next, click on “Boosted Services” in the menu on the left-hand side.
Inside of “Boosted Services” you will be able to toggle your ads on or off, manage your boosted zones, balance, and strategy, reconnect your social media account, and view the landing pages for all the feeds available. The image below highlights the features and describes each function.
Yellow Square - The gear allows you to disconnect and reconnect social media accounts. After you click on the gear, you will see the page below. The image is displaying a company that has already connected their Facebook Business page. If no accounts are connected, the page will display a blue button that states, “Log In With Facebook”.
Green Square - The toggle feature allows you to turn your ads on or off. If you want to pause your ads, you can do that freely as you wish. If the toggle is to the left, your ads are off. If the toggle is to the right, your ads are live. When your ads are paused, your budget will not continue to spend.
Blue Square - These are the live feeds being displayed on your social media platform. You can click on the individual feed and you will be redirected to the landing page your potential customers will see.
Magenta Square - These are your boosted services.
- Boost Zone - Your boost zone is the area in which your ads will reach. You can add and remove zones as you please. Simply click on the different zones to add or remove territories. Keep in mind that Facebook’s and Google’s algorithms can cause your ads to run slightly outside of your boost zone sometimes.
- Boost Balance - Your boost balance is your remaining balance. You must have funds in your boost balance for your ads to continuously run.
- You can manually add funds to your boost balance versus waiting for your boost strategy to replenish your account.
- Boost Strategy - Your boost strategy is your auto-replenishment for your ads. Replenishment frequency depends on your selected strategy, which can vary slightly from one plan to the next.
