Service Areas & Boost Zones
Service Areas
Service areas are a great way to display where your services are offered.. You can reach the page to edit your service areas by navigating to your GoBoost dashboard. If you do not know how to reach your dashboard you can find some more information here.
When you arrive at your dashboard, you will want to navigate to the ‘Sites’ tab from the hamburger menu in the top left and then to the ‘Service Area’ tab. Once on the page, you will find a map of your area. This map is split up into smaller sections that can be selected as service areas. Upon clicking a section it will be highlighted and added to your service area map. Clicking it again will exclude it from your map. You can view the areas that you currently have included and excluded on the right-hand side.
Your Service Map will be displayed throughout your website, often on your landing page and then found again on the inner service pages of your website. Note that this will differ depending on the design that you choose.
Potential customers can benefit from your service area map by understanding if they lie within your range of service. It is simply a way to display where you offer your services, and it can be edited at any time.
Boost Zones
Boost Zones are the area that your ads will reach when they are actively running. You can reach the page to edit your boost zones by navigating to your GoBoost dashboard. If you do not know how to reach your dashboard you can find some more information here.
You can add and remove zones just as you would Service Areas. Simply by clicking on the different zones to add or remove territories.
Please note, some ads may run in counties just outside of your selected Boost Zones. This is due to Facebook's algorithm as they may have to occasionally predict based on the provided information.
