Update Payment Information

Updating your payment method is a quick and simple process. You will need your card and access to your company’s GoBoost profile.

How to log into GoBoost.

In addition, your user role in GoBoost must be "Company Owner" or you will not be able to see/modify billing information. The user details can be found on the company profile page in GoBoost.

Once you have logged into GoBoost and see your home screen, go to the Menu button in the upper left hand corner and click it.

In the navigation menu that appears, click on “Billing”.

The next screen will be a list of charges and receipts for your account. In the menu on the left side, click on “Payment Method”.

Finally, you will be redirected to the payment update screen. You will need to enter your card number, expiration date on the card, and CVC code on the back of your card. Once the fields are filled out properly, click the save button to update your card information. You will see a popup at the bottom of the screen indicating everything has updated successfully.
